dc.description | This research work was carried out on the premises of the farm "COMARGARA S.A. “Property of Mr. Marco Pineda, in the canton Jujan –Guayas. The coordinates are 656666.814 E and 9783501.198 N, with a height of 7 masl. The area has a tropical climate, with an average annual temperature of 25.5 ° C, annual precipitation 855.1 mm, relative humidity of 81%. The soil is deep with clayey texture, drainage and regular fertility. DK 7508 corn hybrid was used as planting material. Treatments included Zerebra® 0.2 lt / ha, Zerebra® 0.3 lt / ha, Zerebra® 0.4 lt / ha, Only Zerebra® Without fertilizer 0, 3 lt / ha, Witness with fertilizer. The design used was random blocks, with eight treatments and three repetitions, to calculate the analysis of variance, the Tukey test was used at 95%. For the establishment of the experimental trial, all the pertinent tasks were carried out, such as the preparation of the land, planting, irrigation, weed control, phytosanitary control, fertilization and harvesting. For the results obtained, it was determined that the Zerebra® biostimulant in a dose of 0,4 L ha-1 applied at 15 and 25 days produced 9074,89 kg ha-1, with the lowest production being the other treatments. On the contrary, Zerebra® in a dose of 0,4 l/ha applied at 15, 25 and 35 days. | es_ES |

dc.description.abstract | El presente trabajo de investigación se lo realizó en los predios de la finca “COMARGARA S.A. “propiedad del Sr. Marco Pineda, en el cantón Jujan –Guayas. Las coordenadas son 656666.814 E y 9783501.198 N, con una altura de 7 msnm. La zona tiene un clima tropical, con una temperatura media anual de 25,5 °C, precipitación anual 855.1 mm, humedad relativa de 81 %. El suelo es profundo de textura arcillosa, drenaje y fertilidad regular. Como material de siembra se utilizó el hibrido de maíz DK 7508. Los tratamientos estuvieron conformados Zerebra® 0,2 lt/ha, Zerebra® 0,3 lt/ha, Zerebra® 0,4 lt/ha, Solo Zerebra® Sin fertilizante 0,3 lt/ha, Testigo con fertilizante. El diseño que se utilizó fue bloques al azar, con ocho tratamientos y tres repeticiones, para realizar el cálculo de análisis de varianza se utilizó la prueba de Tukey al 95 %. Para el establecimiento del ensayo de experimental se realizaron todas las labores pertinentes, tales como la preparación del terreno, siembra, riego, control de malezas, control fitosanitario, fertilización y cosecha. Para los resultados obtenidos se determinó que el bioestimulante Zerebra® en dosis de 0,4 L ha-1 aplicado a los 15 y 25 días produjo 9074,89 kg/ha, siendo la menor producción a los demás tratamientos. A lo contrario Zerebra® 0,4 l/ha aplicado tres veces (7463,79 kg/ha). | es_ES |
