dc.descriptionThe present investigation was carried out during the rainy season of 2019, at the Oasis de Paz farm of Mr. Ney Rodríguez Cagua, in the Palmasola fense located 3 km from the Pijullo - Ventanas road. The Emblema 777 corn hybrid was used, four treatments were formulated. The experimental design of complete random blocks (BCA) with four repetitions was used and to determine the statistical differences between the means of the treatments, the Tukey test was used at 95% probability. The variables studied were days to flowering, plant height, stem diameter, ear length, ear diameter, number of rows, grains per row, weight of 100 grains and yield. The application of the Ihumix DG was made 8 days after germination. The variables Days to flowering, plant height, corncob length, corncob diameter, number of rows and grains per row, did not show statistical significance. The performance variable reported high statistical significance. Treatment 2 (75% urea + 20 kg / ha Ihumix DG) achieved the highest yield with 6387.58 kg / ha, followed by treatment 1 (100% urea dose). Treatment 1 (100% urea) obtained the highest benefit / cost ratio (0,69) for having the lowest cost than the other treatments.es_ES

dc.description.abstractLa presente investigación se realizó durante la época lluviosa del año 2019, en la finca Oasis de Paz del señor Ney Rodríguez Cagua, en el recinto Palmasola ubicado en el 3 km de la vía Pijullo - Ventanas. Se utilizó el hibrido de maíz Emblema 777, se formularon cuatro tratamientos. Se empleó el diseño experimental de Bloques completos al azar (BCA) con cuatro repeticiones y para determinar las diferencias estadísticas entre las medias de los tratamientos se empleó la prueba de Tukey al 95% de probabilidad. Las variables estudiadas fueron días a la floración, altura de planta, diámetro del tallo, longitud de las mazorcas, diámetro de mazorcas, numero de hileras, granos por hilera, peso de 100 granos y rendimiento. La aplicación del Ihumix DG, se realizó a los 8 días de germinado. Las variables Días a la floración, altura de planta, longitud de mazorca, diámetro de mazorca, Número de hileras y granos por hilera, no presentaron significancia estadística. La variable rendimiento reportó alta significancia estadística. El tratamiento 2 (75% de urea + 20 kg/ha de Ihumix DG) alcanzó el mayor rendimiento con 6387.58 kg/ha, seguido del tratamiento 1 (100% de dosis de urea). El tratamiento 1 (100% de urea) obtuvo la mayor relación beneficio/costo (0,69) por poseer el menor costo que los otros tratamientos.  es_ES
