dc.description | This thesis project was carried out an investigation of secretarial talent and internal-external communication in order to identify the preferences and needso of the clients of the Ballesteros Vaca, law firm Men and women 18 years of age and older, residents of the city and its surroundingso were surveyed in the same way or with the secretaries of the institution.
The elaborated research was descriptive, since with this type of research ito allows us to focus the organization on the treatment and how they reach the client, the measuring instrument was a questionnaire, which was applied to 66 people who requioreo their services and legal advice. The acquired data were then processed, analyzed and expresad in graphical forms and tables to achieve better compression.
In the same way we can mention that this project is presenting very clear general objectives that when analyzing the quality of the secretarial talent and the internal-external communication of the organization, an alternative proposal could also be proposed, such as the strategies to which we can outline and help optimize performance inside and outside the company.
Very important data about its creation was discovered, the requirement of clients and the lack of secretarial techniques and attitudes could be identified. To conclude this project, a series of conclusions and recommendations were provided on the study carried out in which they are presented in the reference to the institution and information on secretarial talent and internal-external communication in daily work. | es_ES |

dc.description.abstract | Este proyecto de tesis se realizó una investigación de talento secretarial y la comunicación interna-externa con la finalidad de identificar las preferencias y las necesidades de los clientes del estudio jurídico Ballesteros Vaca. Se encuestaron a hombres y mujeres de 18 años en adelante, residentes en la ciudad y sus alrededores de igual forma se o realizó con las secretarias de la institución.
La investigación elaborada fue descriptiva, ya que con este tipo investigación nos permite focalizar a la organización en el trato y de qué manera llegan al cliente, el instrumento de medición fue un cuestionario, el cual se aplicó a 66 personas que requieren de sus servicios y asesoría jurídica. Seguidamente se procesaron los datos adquiridos, se analizaron y expresados de formas gráficas y tablas para lograr una mejor compresión.
De igual forma podemos mencionar que este proyecto está planteando objetivos generales muy claros que al analizar la calidad del talento secretarial y la comunicación interna-externa de la organización asimismo se pudo plantear una propuesta alternativa como son las estrategias a la cual podemos esquematizar y ayudar a optimizar el desempeño dentro y fuera de la empresa.
Se descubrió datos muy importantes sobre su creación, se pudo identificar la exigencia de los clientes y de la falta de técnicas y actitudes secretariales. Para finalizar este proyecto se aportó una serie de conclusiones y recomendaciones sobre el estudio realizado en los cuales están planteados en el referente a la institución y la información sobre el talento secretarial y la comunicación interna-externa en las labores diarias. | es_ES |
