dc.description.abstractEl presente estudio de caso abarca una problemática que se produce en la actualidad en un adulto de 35 años en la ciudad de Babahoyo, el cual fue intervenido mediante diferentes técnicas psicológicas, teniendo como objetivo determinar de qué manera los traumas infantiles afectan a la salud psicológica,. Para la elaboración de este estudio de caso se realizaron diferentes sesiones, en diferentes fechas, la cuales el paciente mostro diferentes conductas y poca colaboración, ya que era su primera vez siendo intervenido psicológicamente, en las diversas sesiones que se realizaron, se utilizó técnicas de recopilación de información, en la cual se arrojó un diagnostico a través de la la observación directa, historia clínica, test psicométricos y entrevistas, por lo cual empleara la terapia cognitiva conductual, siendo esta la mejor terapia que ayuda al paciente a convertirse en su propio psicólogo, así también se utilizaran técnicas para enfrentar las situaciones que estaba evitando ,la reducción de pensamientos negativos, ansiedad y depresión.es_ES
