Within the introduction we have that the prevalence of glottis edema is estimated at 2% to 7%. These values are visualized in Europe, it has been determined that the prevalence is an inadequate measure of measuring glottis edema, since this is a Acute problem that occurs with asymptomatic conditions, the current research work aims to “Determine the efficacy of nebulized adrenaline treatment in patients under five years, with glottis edema, who go to the Enrique Ponce Luque health center during the period of October 2019 - March 2020, this research has an Analytical, Deductive method with a Qualitative-Quantitative approach, as a result of the research we have that the nebulized adrenaline has improved the health of the patient in an increasing way being so that 98% has presented improvement after of the application of nebulized adrenaline, to solve the problem posed in the research work it is necessary to ar a proposal that has the theme “Information talks plan on prevention and care of glottis edema in patients under 5 years, in the health center Enrique Ponce Luque, Babahoyo” thus seeking the commitment and dissemination of information.es_ES
