dc.description | This research project was developed to identify the impact that administrative management has on labor commitment within Importadora Lino Gamboa, where it was possible to identify a problem that emphasizes inadequate leadership management by department heads. , the staff lacks motivation and training to be able to carry out each of the activities that are required to be carried out efficiently and effectively. The main objective is to implement a pilot plan which aims to improve each of the issues raised and thus be able to provide quality service at the Importadora Lino Gamboa (ILGA) in the city of Guayaquil, province of Guayas. dc.description.abstract | El presente proyecto de investigación fue desarrollado para identificar cual es el impacto que tiene la gestión administrativa sobre el compromiso laboral dentro de la Importadora Lino Gamboa en donde se pudo identificar una problemática que hace énfasis a la inadecuada gestión de liderazgo por parte de los jefes departamentales, el personal carece de motivación y capacitación para poder desarrollar con eficiencia y eficacia cada uno de las actividades que se requieren realizar. Como objetivo principal es implementar un plan piloto en donde se pretende mejorar cada uno de las problemáticas planteadas y así poder bridar un servicio de calidad en la Importadora Lino Gamboa (ILGA) de la ciudad de Guayaquil provincia del Guayas. La metodología de la investigación que se implemento fue la encuesta y la entrevista en donde ayudo a obtener resultados mas solidos que nos permitieron analizar la deficiencia dentro de la gestión administrativa. | es_ES |
