dc.descriptionThe following research work has been carried out with the purpose of establishing how the professional profile affects secretarial efforts in the Department of General Secretary of the Autonomous Decentralized Municipal Government Quinsaloma. The professional profile is currently a great help to occupy the positions that are needed who require them, which is why for years they have worked in professional training of the secretaries and so over the years they ceased to be the secretary that only serves the Coffee and attends to users to become the assistant or executive secretary, that is, the person who knows everything that happens around their work area and the company, that is why this research has been able to develop what are the steps that the secretaries perform, the attention they should provide, such as organizing the life of the immediate boss, whether personal or work. Therefore, we worked with a theoretical framework in which the reality of the two study variables could be described, in the same way the survey technique was applied both to the secretaries of the Municipal Quinsaloma GAD and to the citizens of this canton and This results in the problem existing in the public entity because the relevant secretarial procedures are not carried out in order to improve its efficiency and effectiveness of its work in the office. The idea lies in the proposal to present an instruction manual for secretarial procedures so that the secretaries of this public entity have a guide on how the correct way to perform their functions within the company will be.es_ES

dc.description.abstractEl siguiente trabajo de investigación se ha realizado con el propósito de establecer como incide el perfil profesional en las gestiones secretariales en el Departamento de Secretaria General del Gobierno Autónomo Descentralizado Municipal Quinsaloma. El perfil profesional actualmente es de gran ayuda para ocupar los cargos que se necesiten quien los requiera es por ello que durante años se ha trabajado en formación profesional de las secretarias y así con el paso de los años dejó de ser la secretaria que solo sirve el café y atiende a los usuarios para convertirse en la secretaria asistente o ejecutiva es decir es la persona que conoce todo lo que pasa alrededor de su área de trabajo y de la empresa, es por ello que esta investigación se ha podido desarrollar cuáles son las gestiones que realizan las secretarias, la atención que debe brindar, como organizar la vida del jefe inmediato ya sea personal como laboral. Por ello se trabajó con un marco teórico en la cual se pudo describir la realidad de las dos variables de estudio, de la misma manera se aplicó la técnica de la encuesta tanto a las secretarias del GAD Municipal Quinsaloma como a los ciudadanos de este cantón y así da como resultado el problema existente en la entidad pública debido a que no se realizan las gestiones secretariales pertinentes para poder mejorar su eficiencia y eficacia de sus labores en la oficina. La idea reside en la propuesta en presentar un manual de instrucciones de gestiones secretariales para que las secretariales de esta entidad pública tengan una guía de cómo será la manera correcta de realizar sus funciones dentro de la empresa.es_ES
