dc.description | This research work took the Flows of the processes as a target organizacionales internal and its relation with the agility in the attention to the user of the Registro Civil, Identificación y Cedulación – Agencia Babahoyo, with which one managed to improve its operative capacities, promoting to the personnel that is immersed inside the support process, basing on the development of such activities as it is the attention to the users. The used methods were: inductive during the analysis of the results for the conclusions formulation and the deductive one in the study and breakdown of the fundamental categories and the variables of the investigation, empirical across surveys that were applied to the users who meet to this dependence, and the observation. This work was based on a part in the processes of service of identification and cedulación based on the organization with quality standards, and on another part on the interrelations officials and users and between officials, to look for solution alternatives to the present problems. The contribution of this final report was the practicality study organizacional of implementing bidirectional and systemic administrative flows to improve the attention to the users of the area of identification and cedulación in the Registro Civil– Agencia Babahoyo. | es_ES |

dc.description.abstract | Este trabajo de investigación tuvo como objetivo los Flujos de los procesos organizacionales internos y su relación con la agilidad en la atención al usuario del Registro Civil, Identificación y Cedulación – Agencia Babahoyo, con el cual se logró mejorar sus capacidades operativas, potencializando al personal que se encuentra inmerso dentro del proceso de apoyo, basándose en el desarrollo de actividades tales como es la atención a los usuarios. Los métodos utilizados fueron: inductivo durante el análisis de los resultados para la formulación de conclusiones y el deductivo en el estudio y desglose de las categorías fundamentales y las variables de la investigación, empírico a través de encuestas que se aplicaron a los usuarios que concurren a esta dependencia, y la observación. Este trabajo se fundamentó en una parte en los procesos de servicio de identificación y cedulación basado en la organización con estándares de calidad, y en otra parte en las interrelaciones funcionarios y usuarios y entre funcionarios, buscar alternativas de solución a los presentes problemas El aporte de este informe final fue el estudio de factibilidad organizacional de implementar flujos administrativos bidireccionales y sistémicos para mejorar la atención a los usuarios del área de identificación y cedulación en el Registro Civil– Agencia Babahoyo. | es_ES |
