| dc.description | The present case study tries to make known the consequences of the absence of computer management in the administrative management of the department of human talent; the objective of this research is to analyze what would be the results of the lack of knowledge of the secretaries of the administrative area. This is a descriptive type investigation, in the fact that we are going to describe the causes that would cause the lack of knowledge in the computing field for today's secretaries, where we apply the inductive method and the survey technique in which we develop a questionnaire necessary for the collection of data that will be used to conclude this case study. The results obtained through the process tell us that having adequate knowledge in computer science facilitates things for a secretary despite this many collaborators do not have the due knowledge to exercise the position. The conclusions that you can reach with this is to advise and train the secretary of all the areas arranged by the company in order to have the ideal approach that facilitates the help of the digital archive in administrative processes giving better results in the Autonomous Municipal Decentralized Government of the Canton "Baba". | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | El presente estudio de caso trata de dar a conocer las consecuencias de la ausencia del manejo informático en la gestión administrativa del departamento de talento humano, el objetivo de esta investigación es analizar cuáles serían los resultados de la falta de conocimiento en el personal del área administrativa. Esta es una investigación de tipo descriptiva, en el hecho que vamos a describir son las causas que provocarían la falta del conocimiento informático de las secretarias de hoy en día, donde aplicamos el método inductivo y la técnica de encuestas en la que desarrollamos un cuestionario de preguntas necesario para la recolección de datos que servirá para la conclusión de este proyecto de investigación. Los resultados obtenidos mediante el proceso nos dicen que tener el conocimiento adecuado en informática facilita las cosas, pese a esto muchas colaboradoras no cuentan con el debido conocimiento para ejercer el cargo. Las conclusiones que podemos llegar con esto es asesorar y capacitar al personal de todas las áreas dispuestas por la empresa para así tener el enfoque ideal que facilite la ayuda del archivo digital en los procesos administrativos dando mejores resultados en el Gobierno Autónomo Descentralizado Municipal del Cantón Baba. | es_ES |
