dc.description | The present case study was carried out by Christian Organization called “Principe de Paz” from the Palestinian Canton -Guayas -Ecuador the same one that has as mission to achieve the Missionary Development from its origin in order to extend and reach the places where there are spiritual needs as well as material. This organization is of private character and thus fulfils the obligations of the government, so also for the development of this study it was necessary to use the deductive method since through it was possible to acquire knowledge ranging from the general to the specific, through a survey, accurate and relevant information was collected in such a way that it also aims to determine the impact of work experience on the recruitment of administrative staff. The research achievements expressed that, not having work experience can become a maximum challenge to easily obtain a position in the organization even more in the area of administration functions, since it takes a lot of experience to be able to carry out the tasks entrusted to it and at the same time ensure that they are carried out correctly. | es_ES |

dc.description.abstract | El presente estudio de caso fue realizado en la Organización Cristiana Príncipe de Paz del Cantón Palestina -Guayas -Ecuador la misma que tiene como misión alcanzar el Desarrollo Misionero desde su origen con la finalidad de extenderse y llegar a los lugares donde existan necesidades sean estas espirituales como también materiales. Esta organización es de carácter privado y por ende cumple con las obligaciones del gobierno, así también para el desenvolvimiento de este estudio fue necesario emplear el método deductivo puesto que por medio de él se pudo adquirir conocimientos que van de lo general a lo especifico, a través de una encuesta se logró reunir información precisa y de relevancia de tal forma que tiene también como objetivo determinar la repercusión de la experiencia laboral en la contratación del personal administrativo. Los logros obtenidos en la investigación expresa que, no poseer experiencia laboral puede convertirse en un reto máximo para obtener con facilidad un cargo en la organización aún más en el área de las funciones de la administración, puesto que se requiere de ardua experiencia para poder cumplir con las tareas encomendada y a la vez lograr que estas se cumplan de manera correcta. | es_ES |
