dc.descriptionThe purpose of this case study is to analyze the influence of intrafamily communication and its responsibility in the consumption of substances by a 15-year-old teenager from the 10 de Agosto School of the Montalvo Canton Province of Los Ríos. Where a verbal exchange was carried out through the technique as an interview, in addition to obtaining the necessary information, it was collected through the techniques of clinical history, observation guidance, and the application of Hamilton's anxiety test of 14 items, designed to evaluate the severity of a patient's anxiety and the Hamilton depression test used in patients previously diagnosed with depression; giving as results that there is no good communication or relationship between the mother and daughter, which is assumed that this is the first cause for the daughter to think that no one in the family loves her so she stays away from them.es_ES

dc.description.abstractEl presente estudio de caso tiene como objetivo Analizar la influencia de la comunicación intrafamiliar y su responsabilidad en el consumo de sustancias de un adolescente de 15 años del Colegio 10 de Agosto del Cantón Montalvo Provincia de los Ríos. Donde por medio de la técnica como entrevista se entablo un intercambio verbal, además para la obtención de la información necesaria fue recolectada mediante las técnicas de historia clínica, guía observación, y la aplicación de test de Hamilton de ansiedad de 14 ítems, diseñados para evaluar la severidad de la ansiedad de un paciente y el test de Hamilton de depresión que se utiliza en pacientes diagnosticados previamente de depresión; dando como resultados que no existe buena comunicación ni relación entre la mama e hija, lo cual se asume que esto es la primera causa de que la hija piense que nadie de la familia le quiere por eso se mantiene alejada de ellos.es_ES
