| dc.description | The Municipal Decentralized Autonomous Government of the Echeandía canton, located in the province of Bolívar is the object of study with the subject CONTROL OF PROPERTY AND INVENTORIES, as an information gathering technique the interview has been used, through this process it has been possible to detect inconveniences in the warehouse department, in the same work only one person who has a post of municipal warehouse keeper, where it can be detected that not all the goods are properly coded for this reason, their physical verification cannot be made. Another serious problem is that it does not have a warehouse, for this reason, public employees who provide cleaning services to the streets of the canton, take their work tools to their respective homes, it also causes public officials to request materials or supplies for their daily tasks, their request is requested by official letter to the mayor where he sends the administrative area for due process, which is very tedious, if there were a storage place the acquisition of materials or supplies would be carried out by large quantities and their due request would be directly to their custody, in this case the warehouse keeper. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | El Gobierno Autónomo Descentralizado Municipal del cantón Echeandía, ubicado en la provincia de Bolívar es objeto de estudio con el tema CONTROL DE LOS BIENES E INVENTARIOS, como técnica de recolección de información se ha utilizado la entrevista, mediante este proceso se ha podido detectar inconvenientes en el departamento de bodega, en la misma labora solo una persona que tiene puesto de guardalmacén municipal, donde se puede detectar que no todos los bienes están debidamente codificados por esta razón no se puede realizar su debida constatación física. Otro problema grave es que no cuenta con una bodega, por este motivo los empleados públicos que brindan servicio de limpieza a las calles del cantón, llevan sus herramientas de trabajo a sus respectivos hogares, también ocasiona que los funcionarios públicos al momento de solicitar materiales o suministros para sus labores diarias su requerimiento es pedido mediante oficio al señor alcalde donde este envía al área administrativa para su debido proceso, el cual es muy tedioso, si se contara con un lugar de almacenamiento la adquisición de materiales o suministros se los realizaría por grandes cantidades y su debida solicitud seria directamente a la custodia de los mismos, en este caso la guardalmacén. | es_ES |
