| dc.description | This case study is focused on the management of the collection of the vehicle registration department of the public company TRANSVIAL E.P., in the period from 2017 to 2018, which consists of determining and knowing the factors that influence its correct operation. Vehicle registration is a registration process that occurs annually in the system so that the vehicle can operate legally and thus avoid paying fines and committing traffic offenses; the collection for vehicle registration is generated through income from different concepts such as data updates, registrations and registration of registrations, among others; These data must be recorded in an orderly manner, according to their characteristics, to then carry out the respective block and closure of activities. In this company, according to some concepts, the level of their income has decreased; The objective of this study is to know what are the parameters that cause a lack of control in the records of daily collection activities in the vehicle registration department. | dc.description.abstract | El presente estudio de caso está enfocado en la gestión de la recaudación del departamento de matriculación vehicular de la empresa pública TRANSVIAL E.P., en el periodo de 2017 al 2018, el cual consiste en determinar y conocer los factores que influyen en su correcto funcionamiento. La matriculación vehicular es un proceso de registro que se da de forma anual en el sistema para que el vehículo pueda funcionar de manera legal y así evitar el pago de multas y cometer infracciones de tránsito; la recaudación por matriculación vehicular se genera a través de los ingresos por diferentes conceptos como actualización de datos, inscripciones y registros de matrículas, entre otros; estos datos deben ser registrados de manera ordenada, según sus características, para luego realizar el respectivo cuadre y cierre de actividades. En esta empresa de acuerdo a algunos conceptos ha disminuido el nivel de sus ingresos; el objetivo de este estudio es conocer cuáles son los parámetros que ocasionan un descontrol en los registros de las actividades diarias de recaudación en el departamento de matriculación vehicular. Este estudio de caso se realizará por medio del método de investigación deductivo y herramientas como entrevistas y observación directa al personal encargado de la administración de este departamento. | es_ES |
