dc.description | Inventory control is the tool most commonly used by different organizations in the many ways of carrying out activities in the social and commercial economy, its application as a diagnosis and monitoring of the processes of storage, transfer and distribution of products or services which it allows or empowers decision making in an adequate and efficient manner at the precise time and physical space, reducing the risks of unnecessary expenses and waste, thus enabling internal organization, competition within the market and its commercial development.
For the development of the case study conducted on the inventory control of the Don Agucho pantry, a cross-sectional, non-experimental design was used with a descriptive and explanatory qualitative approach, with inductive-deductive methods, applying techniques such as structured formal interviews, with open questions to the pantry manager, resulting in an expired inventory control system that does not have much information and is updated every year, serving this limited information for decision making which is reflected in the results of Competitiveness in the market and the possibility of growing over time. | es_ES |

dc.description.abstract | El control de inventario es la herramienta comúnmente más utilizadas por las diferentes organizaciones en las múltiples formas de realizar actividades en la economía social y comercial, su aplicación como diagnóstico y seguimiento de los procesos de almacenamiento, traslado y distribución de los productos o servicios lo que permite o faculta la toma de decisiones de forma adecuada y eficiente en el momento y espacio físico preciso reduciendo los riesgos de gastos y desperdicios innecesarios posibilitando de esta forma garantizar la organización interna, la competencia dentro del mercado y su desarrollo comercial.
Para el desarrollo del caso de estudio realizado al control de inventario de la despensa Don Agucho, se utilizó un diseño transversal, no experimental con enfoque cualitativo de tipo descriptivo y explicativo, con métodos inductivo – deductivo, aplicando técnicas como las entrevista formal estructurada, con preguntas abiertas a la administradora de la despensa, arrojando como resultados un sistema de control de inventarios caduco que no posee mucha información y que se lo actualiza cada año, sirviendo esta información limitada para la toma de decisiones lo que se ve reflejada en los resultados de competitividad en el mercado y la posibilidad de crecer en el tiempo. | es_ES |
