Teniendo en cuenta los procesos adquiridos en el departamento de odontología de la UTB. Se ha encontrado problemas al momento de obtener información ya que el registro y control se lo efectúa de manera manual por lo cual este proceso no se logra obtener la información de manera adecuada.
