| dc.description | In the present investigation a case study is presented that deals with the irrational beliefs that a 15-year-old adolescent has who is a student of the Educational Unit June 23 of the Baba Canton, since she presented changes that disturbed her social, emotional and family life and that these influenced depression, that is why I know that I set out to determine the irrational beliefs that influence depression, using psychological tools such as the Clinical History, the Beck Inventory, Inventory of Irrational Beliefs could be verified under the criteria that indicates the DSM - 5 that the diagnosis of this patient was major depression and thus a scheme of the psychotherapeutic process based on the Rational Behavioral Emotional Therapy could be made to be able to change those irrational beliefs that cause those insane emotions such as depression. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | En la presente investigación se presenta un estudio de caso que trata sobre las creencias irracionales que tiene una adolescente de 15 años que es estudiante de la Unidad Educativa 23 de Junio del Cantón Baba, ya que presentaba cambios que perturbaban su vida social, emocional y familiar y que estas influían a la depresión, es por eso sé que me plantee como objetivo determinar las creencias irracionales que influyen en la depresión, utilizando herramientas psicológicas como la Historia clínica, el Inventario de Beck, Inventario de las Creencias Irracionales se pudo comprobar bajo los criterios que indica el DSM – 5 que el diagnostico de esta paciente era depresión mayor y así se pudo realizar un esquema del proceso psicoterapéutico basado en la Terapia Racional Emotiva Conductual para poder cambiar esas creencias irracionales que causan esas emociones insanas como la depresión. | es_ES |
