| dc.description.abstract | Tomando en cuenta lo antes expuesto, en el presente trabajo de investigación se plantea la necesidad de analizar la infraestructura tecnológica GPON en la interconectividad de usuarios de la empresa pública Corporación Nacional de Telecomunicaciones, Empresa Pública (CNT-EP), en la ciudad de Babahoyo, con la finalidad de conocer las posibilidades de mejorar la calidad del servicio que esta empresa pública ofrece en las áreas de Telefonía Móvil, Telefonía Fija, Banda Ancha, Televisión Satelital, justamente en los sectores rurales. Con el objetivo de evaluar cuantitativamente su satisfacción hacia los servicios de interconectividad que brinda la empresa estatal. Este servicio permite ser más eficiente reduciendo las fallas y aumentando la capacidad de transmisión de datos a los clientes. Finalmente, la CNT-EP declara que, en beneficios de sus clientes, toda esta tecnología de última generación es aplicada en sus servicios para garantizar el desarrollo óptimo de las telecomunicaciones en el Ecuador: un avance importante para nuestra sociedad actual y futura. | es_ES |
