| dc.description | In recent years, information systems have managed to contribute to changing the treatment of information in both public and private institutions, since the main function of a computer system is to store and process information in a faster and more efficient way. to provide improvements in productivity and development of the activities carried out. The present work consists of carrying out the analysis of the weaknesses and threats in the information of the Department of Appraisals and Cadastres of the GAD Montalvo, that is why we will use various tools and techniques for the collection of significant data that provide necessary information for the development of this investigation project. For the detection of vulnerabilities and threats, the ISO 27005 standard will be used, which allows the analysis of information security risk where it was necessary to identify the assets owned by the department, then they were valued depending on availability, integrity and Data confidentiality also identified the threats and vulnerabilities that assets face to finally assess the level of risk they possess. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | En los últimos años los sistemas de información han logrado contribuir en el cambio del tratamiento de la información en las instituciones tanto públicas como privadas, ya que la principal función de un sistema informático radica en almacenar y procesar información de una manera más rápida y eficiente, para proveer mejoras en la productividad y desarrollo de las actividades que se realicen. El presente trabajo consiste en realizar el análisis de las debilidades y amenazas en la información del departamento de Avalúos y Catastros del GAD Montalvo, es por ello que utilizaremos varias herramientas y técnicas para la recolección de datos significativos que aporten información necesaria para el desarrollo de este proyecto de investigación. Para la detección de vulnerabilidades y amenazas se utilizara la norma ISO 27005 la cual permite el análisis de riesgo de la seguridad de la información en donde fue necesario la identificación de los activos que posee el departamento, luego se los valoró dependiendo la disponibilidad, integridad y confidencialidad de los datos además se identificaron las amenazas y vulnerabilidades a las que se enfrentan los activos para finalmente evaluar el nivel de riesgo que poseen. | es_ES |
