Also in this supermarket there are highly trained personnel and young people who help the progress of the company, having knowledge of the computer science area, we will also analyze the computer equipment that it owns and be able to give a recommendation that possible solutions to a problem, this analysis of this system will provide more information to the manager. | dc.description.abstract | El supermercado “Don Agucho”, cuenta con una clientela estable, en la ciudad de Babahoyo es reconocido por dar productos de necesidad a bajo costo y por tener uno de los mejores sistemas a nivel de ventas en la ciudad, por lo tanto el propósito de este estudio de caso es de analizar los procesos que tiene este sistema para poder recomendar a los demás negocios sobre este software, nos centraremos en la parte de facturación y determinar cuáles son los procesos que se realizan para realizar una compra, venta o devolución. También en este supermercado existe personal muy capacitado y jóvenes que ayudan al progreso de la empresa, teniendo conocimiento del área de informática, también analizaremos los equipos de computación que posee y poder dar una recomendación que posibles soluciones a un problema, este análisis de este sistema proporcionara mayor información al gerente.
