| dc.description | This case study was carried out at the Isabel’s farm located in the Los Balzares area of the Puebloviejo canton, dedicated to the agricultural production of: rice, bananas and cocoa, it has an area of 40 hectares of land. In the property there are problematic situations that affect the administration, which is a technique in charge of planning, organizing, directing and controlling the resources of an institution. The objective of this investigation is to identify the different ethical and moral factors that cause problems within the administrative management. The methodology used is the qualitative method which helps to collect information based on the observation of natural behaviors where the interview for data collection was applied as a technique, obtaining as a result three main causes: inappropriate work strategies, inappropriate management of resources and deficit in inventory control systems causing delay in the proposed goals. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | El presente estudio de caso se lo realizó en la hacienda Isabel ubicada en el recinto Los Balzares del cantón Puebloviejo, dedicada a la producción agrícola de: arroz, banano y cacao, cuenta con una extensión de 40 has de terreno. En la propiedad existen situaciones problemáticas que afectan la administración, es una técnica encargada de la planificación, organización, dirección y control de los recursos de una institución, el objeto de esta investigación es identificar los diferentes factores que ocasionan problemas dentro de la gestión administrativa. La metodología utilizada es el método cualitativo, ayuda a recoger información basada en la observación de comportamientos naturales donde se aplicó como técnica la entrevista para la recolección de datos, obteniendo como resultado tres causas principales: estrategias laborales inoportunas, manejo inapropiado de los recursos y déficit en los sistemas de control de inventario ocasionando retraso en las metas propuestas. | es_ES |
