| dc.description | This article is a practical approach to bronchiolitis, a disease that is frequently in the childhood of children, especially infants and is the main cause of hospitalization in children under 3 years, among the aspects that we will highlight are the etiology, epidemiology, the clinical case and therapeutic approach to be performed on the patient. The disease is characterized by different symptoms exhibited by those affected by it, among these we have upper respiratory symptoms, cough, febrile behaviors, primary infections or reinfection of viral pathogens such as RSV. We also defined some conditions and treatments that patients could follow in order to improve their health, some discomforts that the affected child could go through and what should be done are indicated, as long as proper management of the indications is followed that will be provided by the doctor specialized in respiratory therapy. It should also be noted that the whole procedure that is going to be performed on the child, is according to the exams and evaluations that were applied to verify the magnitude of the illness with which the two-year-old child suffers. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | Este artículo es un enfoque práctico de la bronquiolitis, enfermedad que esta frecuentemente en la infancia de los niños, en especial los lactantes y constituye la principal causa de ingreso hospitalario en los niños menores de 2 años, entre los aspectos que vamos a resaltar son la etiología, epidemiologia, el caso clínico y abordaje terapéutico que se le realizara al paciente. La enfermedad está caracterizada por distintos síntomas que exhiben los afectados de ella, entre estos tenemos síntomas respiratorios superiores, tos, conductas febriles, infecciones primarias o reinfección de patógenos virales como el VRS. Además definimos algunas afecciones y tratamientos que podían seguir los pacientes para poder mejorar su salud, se señala de igual manera algunos malestares por las que podría pasar el niño afectado y lo que se debe hacer, siempre y cuando se siga un correcto manejo de las indicaciones que le va a brindar el doctor especializado en terapia respiratoria. También cabe recalcar que todo el procedimiento que se le va a realizar al niño, es de acuerdo a los exámenes e evaluaciones que se le aplicaron para así comprobar la magnitud de la enfermedad con la que padece el niño de dos años. | es_ES |
