dc.description | The research study is carried out with the objective of analyzing the management indicators in the Administration Directorate of the public company CENEL (National Electricity Center), an institution that is responsible for the administration and supply of the electric service to the citizens of the canton, where administrative weaknesses were detected in terms of resource management, constant turnover of staff, lack of addressing and training of servers working in the institution, responsibilities that fall under the Administration Directorate, which, if not fulfilled, directly affect the scope of organizational objectives and efficient delivery of electricity service to citizens. The findings detected were obtained through the implementation of the type of field research, together with the inductive method and the survey as a technique, data that allow us to conclude that the management indicators established by CNEL EP as part of its organizational development are not they execute fully, which causes a general malaise of the population, a situation that impacts their institutional image. | es_ES |

dc.description.abstract | El estudio investigativo es efectuado con el objetivo de analizar los indicadores de gestión en la Dirección de Administración de la empresa pública CENEL (Centro Nacional de Electricidad), institución que se encarga de la administración y suministro del servicio eléctrico a los ciudadanos del cantón, donde se detectó debilidades administrativas en cuanto a la gestión de recursos, rotación constante del personal, falta de direccionamiento y capacitación a los servidores que laboran en la institución, responsabilidades que competen a la Dirección de Administración, que al no ser cumplidas afectan de forma directa el alcance de los objetivos organizacionales y la entrega eficiente del servicio eléctrico a los ciudadanos. Los hallazgos detectados se obtuvieron a través de la implementación del tipo de investigación de campo, en conjunto con el método inductivo y la encuesta como técnica, datos que permiten concluir que los indicadores de gestión que establece CNEL EP como parte de su desarrollo organizacional no se ejecutan a cabalidad, lo cual provoca un malestar general de la población, situación que impacta en su imagen institucional. | es_ES |
