| dc.description | In the present case study, a description of the labor inconveniences generated by the inadequate management regarding the subject of physical file storage will be carried out in the Department of Financial Management of the Government of Los Ríos. The nonconformity manifested by the work team that works in said department generates waste of resources that make it difficult to carry out the tasks normally, however, despite this, they have the obligation to carry them out as efficiently as possible. The bosses have not made a greater effort to try to solve this situation because they consider that there are other priorities and this is one of the main reasons why the problem to date does not seem to end. | dc.description.abstract | En el presente caso de estudio se llevará a cabo la descripción de los inconvenientes laborales que genera la inadecuada gestión en cuanto al tema de almacenamiento de archivos físicos en el departamento de Dirección Financiera del Gobierno de Los Ríos. La inconformidad manifiesta por parte del equipo de trabajo que labora en dicho departamento genera desperdicio de recursos que dificultan el llevar a cabo las tareas con normalidad, no obstante, a pesar de ello tienen la obligación de realizarlas con la mayor eficiencia posible. Los jefes no han hecho un mayor esfuerzo por tratar de solucionar esta situación debido a que consideran que existen otras prioridades y esta es una de las principales razones por las cuales el problema hasta la actualidad no parece tener fin.
