dc.description | The present case study contains relevant aspects regarding the work environment of the Babahoyo Municipal Transit Agency and how it affects the personnel who work within it.
The investigation was carried out in the department of the Babahoyo Municipal Transit Agency, of the company TRANSVIAL-EP, after observing problems regarding leadership, communication and physical space within the Agency and how it negatively affects job performance of technical operational and administrative personnel.
The work climate is essential within the company, it is considered as the column in staff relations, it allows the fulfillment of objectives and goals established in the company, since it allows working life to be more enjoyable and committed among the work team. | es_ES |

dc.description.abstract | El presente estudio de caso elaborado contiene aspectos relevantes en cuanto al clima laboral de la Agencia Tránsito Municipal de Babahoyo y como afecta al personal que labora dentro de ella.
La investigación se realizó en el departamento de la Agencia de Tránsito Municipal de Babahoyo, de la empresa TRANSVIAL-EP, luego de observar problemas en cuanto al liderazgo, comunicación y espacio físico dentro de la Agencia y como afecta de manera negativa en el desempeño laboral del personal técnico operativo y administrativo.
El clima laboral es primordial dentro de la empresa, la misma se la considera como la columna en las relaciones del personal, permite el cumplimiento de objetivos y metas establecidos en la empresa, ya que permite que la vida laboral sea más amena y comprometida entre el equipo de trabajo. | es_ES |
