dc.description.abstract | El presente estudio de caso se lo realiza en el Gobierno Autónomo Descentralizado Municipal del cantón Montalvo, misma que se dedica a administrar el cantón de forma autónoma al gobierno nacional, mediante la gestión pública a través de la recaudación de impuestos prediales, tránsito, permisos de funcionamiento de locales comerciales y tasas municipales, dirigida para los ciudadanos del mismo cantón con el fin de satisfacer o solucionar las diversas inquietudes de las personas de los diferentes recintos, el fin de esta investigación es analizar las causas que generan una inadecuada gestión del personal, las que están relacionadas con el absentismo laboral, los horarios de trabajo, el trabajo en equipo, la infraestructura de las oficinas, entre otras. | es_ES |
