During the start-up period the company had great success in its operations achieving levels in its sales that at the time covered its costs obtaining profit. As time goes by sales in the commercial have undergone variations with inclination largely towards low levels due to various causes such as high value in the past due portfolio, poor administrative management, lack of business policies, changed location commercial to a place, lack of confidence on the part of the owner manager, the large number of companies dedicated to commercialize similar products and the lack of liquidity that increased year by year making the manager who owns the commercial premises seek financing.es_ES

dc.description.abstractLa finalidad de este estudio de caso fue analizar las diferentes causas por la cual disminuyeron las ventas en el comercial Electromuebles. Durante el periodo de inicio la empresa tuvo gran éxito en sus operaciones logrando niveles en sus ventas que en su momento cubrieron sus costos obteniendo utilidad. A medida que el tiempo transcurre las ventas en el comercial han sufrido variaciones con inclinación en gran parte hacia niveles bajos debido a diversas causas como, un alto valor en la cartera vencida, una gestión administrativa deficiente, la falta de políticas empresariales, cambió de ubicación comercial a un lugar, falta de confianza por parte de la gerente propietaria, la gran cantidad de empresas dedicadas a comercializar productos similares y la falta de liquidez que año a año se incrementaba haciendo que la gerente propietaria del local comercial busque financiamiento.es_ES
