dc.description | For the present case study, whose analysis and research was taken as a base due to the usual problems that exist in companies and which is a significant indicator that must be understood, since having high indices represents that something is wrong within the organization and that it is necessary to be detected in time to take the appropriate measures and immediately be corrected. In this way, the primary objective of the research is to analyze the causes that cause a high turnover, applying the administrative theories and the theoretical knowledge that are used for this study, according to the subline of research administrative management model, also using the information gathering instruments, such as: survey and interview that allows us to obtain the results that directly contribute to the analysis of the problem. There are various problems; but it is concluded that the work environment directly influences the productivity level of the employees, the salary is a key aspect and of considerable importance because it is a great motivator, the instability that the workers feel generates motivation for not perceiving the benefits social, right that every employee becomes a creditor from their first day of work that is even mandatory, and to end something very important is that all these aspects go hand in hand, since to improve companies they must focus on keeping motivated their personnel in all forms, and these will generate the effectiveness, efficiency and productivity that is needed to achieve your goals. | es_ES |

dc.description.abstract | Para el presente de estudio de caso, cuyo análisis e investigación fue tomado como base debido a la problemática habitual que existe en las empresas y que es un indicador significativo que se debe comprender, puesto que poseer índices altos representa que algo está fallando dentro de la organización y que es necesario que se detecte a tiempo para tomar las medidas pertinentes e inmediatamente ser corregidas. De este modo, el objetivo primordial de la investigación es analizar las causas que provocan una alta rotación, aplicando las teorías administrativas y los conocimientos teóricos que se emplean para este estudio, de acuerdo a la sublínea de investigación modelo de gestión administrativa, asimismo utilizando los instrumentos de recopilación de información, tales como: encuesta y entrevista que nos permite obtener los resultados que aportan directamente al análisis de la problemática. Existen diversos problemas; pero se concluye que, el ambiente laboral influye directamente en el nivel de productividad de los empleados, el salario es un aspecto clave y de considerable importancia debido a que es un gran motivador, la inestabilidad que sienten los trabajadores genera desmotivación por no percibir los beneficios sociales, derecho que todo empleado se hace acreedor desde su primer día de labores que incluso es de carácter obligatorio, y para finalizar algo muy importante es que todos estos aspectos van de la mano, ya que para mejorar las empresas deben enfocarse en mantener motivado su personal en todas las formas, y estos generarán la eficacia, eficiencia y productividad que se necesita para alcanzar sus objetivos. | es_ES |
