| dc.description | The present study was carried out at the INGMAQ company in the Babahoyo Canton, with the purpose of investigating the reality concerning the problems or deficiencies that appear in the company's operational processes. These operational processes originate from the supply of the goods (materials and tools for electrical use) to the delivery of the product or service (electrical installations or others) to the customer. In development, the core problems faced by the company are reflected, such as: inadequate inventory management, poor accounting records system, shortcomings in sales management, lack of control over logistics processes, no forecast of demand and supply, among others. Due to the aforementioned problems, the INGMAQ company maintains poor business productivity, inventory losses and destruction, low customer loyalty, among others. These results put the stability of the company at risk, because the operational processes are considered key points in an organization. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | El presente estudio se desarrolló en la empresa INGMAQ del Cantón Babahoyo, con el propósito de investigar la realidad concerniente a los problemas o deficiencias que se presenten en los procesos operativos de la compañía. Estos procesos operativos se originan desde el aprovisionamiento de las mercancías (materiales y herramientas de uso eléctrico) hasta la entrega del producto o servicio (instalaciones eléctricas u otros) al cliente. En el desarrollo se plasman los problemas centrales que afronta la empresa, tales como: inadecuada gestión de los inventarios, deficiente sistema de registros contables, falencias en la gestión de las ventas, falta de un control a los procesos logísticos, no se generan pronósticos de demanda y oferta, entre otros. Por efecto de los problemas antes mencionados la empresa INGMAQ, mantiene una deficiente productividad empresarial, pérdidas de inventario y destrucción de los mismos, poca fidelización de los clientes, entre otros. Estos resultantes ponen en riesgo la estabilidad de la empresa, debido a que los procesos operativos se consideran puntos clave, en una organización. | es_ES |
