dc.description.abstract | En la Unidad de hemodiálisis “DIA-RIOS” Ventanas el personal no se encuentra motivado para el correcto cumplimiento de sus actividades, lo cual está afectando a que esta institución lleve a cabo el logro de sus objetivos. Es decir, los empleados al no recibir la cancelación de su remuneración salarial a tiempo, optan por no cumplir con sus labores de una manera eficiente, lo que ocasiona un entorno poco agradable para sus compañeros, ya que se acumulan documentación y trabajos de limpieza y cuidados de pacientes y maquinarias, además muchos de estos empleados optan por postular en otra empresa lo que genera un inconveniente más como es el reclutamiento de personal que para esto se debe seleccionar a la persona capacitada para esta área y de no ser así los mismos empleados deben impartirle sus conocimientos, a esto se suma el no contar con los implementos y equipos informáticos necesarios para realizar las actividades diarias. En el caso contrario, si todos estos factores existen positivamente dentro de una empresa los empleados van a estar motivados a cumplir con su trabajo y de esta manera brindar una buena atención tanto a pacientes como a familiares de los mismos, y se gozará de un ambiente agradable para desempeñar diferentes trabajos en equipo y así lograr el alcance de los beneficios tanto personales como los de la institución. | es_ES |
