dc.description.abstract | El presente trabajo de investigación se da debido a los diferentes problemas que se presentan en las áreas administrativas de la Dirección Provincial del consejo de la Judicatura de Los Ríos dado que existe favoritismo o por otra parte que no se los está tomando en cuenta como un personal útil de la empresa. Es por ello que el actual trabajo investigativo tiene como principal objetivo obtener información acerca del ambiente de trabajo en los departamentos del área administrativa, y así realizar un estudio de como este puede afectar al desempeño laboral, teniendo en cuenta que los empleados públicos pueden pasar por circunstancias adversas que pueden influir directamente en su rendimiento laboral o su actitud hacia el trabajo.
Habiendo terminado de realizar el estudio de los datos de la problemática planteada encontramos que los empleados en ciertos periodos de trabajo no se sienten cómodos en su lugar de trabajo, bien sea por la falta de comunicación, la desmotivación, fricciones entre empleados, comportamiento, actitudes negativas, estrés por el desgaste profesional y otros, cabe recalcar que la falta de compromiso por parte de los trabajadores es lo que está causando retrasos en los procesos o una mala coordinación en actividades planificadas. | es_ES |
