| dc.description | The present work was carried out with the purpose of analyzing the professional competence of the banana technicians of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Province of Los Ríos, in order to determine if the capacity and abilities are the main causes of the problems that are affecting the competitiveness in the internal and external activities that are executed in said entity, since the main inconvenience that appears in this institution is the nonexistence of a training plan that helps with the progress of its collaborators and of the same. Taking into account that this establishment is committed to improving the development of rural areas through events and technical advice that helps improve the knowledge of agricultural producers and in this way, they can offer a quality product and achieve participation commercial in national and international markets. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | El presente trabajo se realizó con el propósito de analizar la competencia profesional que tienen los técnicos de banano del Ministerio de Agricultura de la Provincia de Los Ríos, de tal manera poder determinar si la capacidad y las habilidades son la causas principales de los problemas que están afectando la competitividad en las actividades internas y externas que se ejecuta en dicha entidad, ya que el principal inconveniente que se presenta en esta institución es la inexistencia de un plan de capacitación ayude con el progreso de sus colaboradores y de la misma. Teniendo en cuenta que este establecimiento tiene el compromiso de mejorar el desarrollo de las zonas campestres a través de eventos y asesoría técnica que ayude a mejorar los conocimientos de los productores agrícolas y de este modo, estos logren ofrecer un producto de calidad y consigan la participación comercial en los mercados nacionales e internacionales. | es_ES |
