The main problems that have been detected are related to the difficulties that employees present to adapt to the changes that arise in the work environment, mainly during the transition process in the change of authorities of this municipality which has caused the level of effectiveness and efficiency in the development of activities decrease considerably. The objective of the research work is to identify the factors that condition the effective adaptation to changes in the work environment, to achieve this a methodology has been used that integrates a type of descriptive research, deductive method and the use of techniques: interview and survey to obtain the necessary data to support the case studyes_ES

dc.description.abstractEl caso de estudio se trata del análisis de la adaptación al ambiente laboral de los servidores públicos, mismo que ha sido observado en la Dirección Administrativa del GAD Municipal del cantón Babahoyo. Los principales problemas que han sido detectados se encuentran relacionados con las dificultades que presentan los colaboradores para adaptarse a los cambios que surgen en el entorno laboral, principalmente durante el proceso de transición en el cambio de autoridades de este municipio lo que ha ocasionado que el nivel de eficacia y eficiencia en el desarrollo de las actividades disminuya de forma considerable. El objetivo del trabajo investigativo es identificar los factores que condicionan la adaptación efectiva a los cambios en el entorno laboral, para lograrlo se ha utilizado una metodología que integra un tipo de investigación descriptiva, método deductivo y la utilización de las técnicas: entrevista y encuesta para obtener los datos necesarios para sustentar el caso de estudioes_ES
