| dc.description | The IMCA transport cooperative in the city of Babahoyo is an institution whose main function is to provide service, which is the activity it establishes within the institution for the good of the community, using the resources of the people who pay for its services, with in order to satisfy each of the needs of its users that occurs in different cities, parishes, and venues where transportation is directed. The main link that this case study carries is to know the causes of the demotivation of stress due to excessive work which makes the person through lack of vision at work, incorrect security, not feeling valued or appreciated in their daily activity where there is within the IMCA transport cooperative by employees since the lack of motivation covers a series of problems such as lack of job performance where many people work makes sense of their lives, increases their self-esteem, they feel that their work is useful to others and find social recognition. Through work, they also interact with other people and have the opportunity to make friends. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | La cooperativa de transportes IMCA de la ciudad de Babahoyo es una institución que tiene como función principal brindar servicio que es la actividad que establece dentro de la institución para el bien de la comunidad, utilizando los recursos de las personas que pagan por sus servicios, con el fin de satisfacer cada una de las necesidades de sus usuarios que se presenta en las diferentes ciudades, parroquias, recintos donde va dirigido el transporte. El enlace principal que lleva este caso de estudio es conocer las causas de la desmotivación del estrés por el exceso trabajo la cual hace que la persona por medio de la falta de visión en el trabajo, incorrección de seguridad, no sentirse valorado o apreciado en su actividad diaria en donde existe dentro de la cooperativa de transportes IMCA por parte de los empleados ya que la desmotivación abarca una serie de problemas como es la falta de desempeño laboral en donde a muchas personas el trabajo aporta sentido a sus vidas, aumenta su autoestima, sienten que su labor es útil a los demás y encuentran un reconocimiento social. A través del trabajo, también se relacionan con otras personas y tienen la oportunidad de hacer amigos. | es_ES |
