| dc.description | The present clinical case is aimed at all those women in a state of gestation and are prone to contracting viral diseases such as dengue, which is a disease caused by a virus that is transmitted through the bite of a mosquito belonging to the genus Aedes, mainly Aedes aegypti, vector of the disease. This mosquito has household habits, so the transmission is predominantly domestic. In other continents, other species of mosquitoes of the Aedes genus have been involved in the transmission of dengue. Therefore, the case of a 28-year-old female patient with 24 weeks of pregnancy is presented. Go to the clinic for the presence of a temperature of 39°, muscle and joint pain, weakness, nausea and malaise of three days of evolution. Upon admission to the patient, risk factors were established, in which six were affected such as Perception, Elimination, Activity, Cognitive - perceptual, Self-perception - self-concept and Adaptation - stress tolerance. These along with the assigned treatment were essential to generate the nursing care plan and apply the nursing care process based on the patient's diagnosis to prevent complications. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | El presente caso clínico está dirigido a todas aquellas mujeres en estado de gestación y están propensas a contraer enfermedades virales como el dengue, el cual es una enfermedad causada por un virus que se transmite a través de la picadura de un mosquito perteneciente al género Aedes, principalmente el Aedes aegypti, vector de la enfermedad. Este mosquito tiene hábitos domiciliarios, por lo que la transmisión es predominantemente doméstica. En otros continentes, otras especies de mosquitos del genero Aedes han sido involucradas en la transmisión del dengue. Por lo tanto se presenta el caso de una paciente de sexo femenino de 28 años con 24 semanas de embarazo. Acude a consulta por presencia de temperatura de 39°, dolor muscular y articular, debilidad, náuseas y malestar general de tres días de evolución. Al hacerle el ingreso a la paciente se establecieron los factores de riesgo, en los cuales seis se vieron afectados como lo son la Percepción, Eliminación, Actividad, Cognitivo - perceptual, Autopercepción - auto concepto y Adaptación - tolerancia al estrés. Estos junto con el tratamiento asignado fueron fundamentales para generar el plan de cuidados de enfermería y aplicar el proceso de atención enfermería en base al diagnóstico del paciente para prevenir complicaciones. | es_ES |
