dc.description	The present case study is focused on determining ICT as tools to optimize English language learning. The study was carried out through descriptive research which allowed knowing the characteristics of the variables to investigate and in this way get to know the predominant situations through the description of the subject to study. In the same way it was applied as an instrument to the survey, conducted to 15 students of the Language Center of the Technical University of Babahoyo to learn about the use of technological tools to support English classes. On the other hand, at present the society is heading for a stage of development and this progress is fundamentally based on information and communication technologies because they have influenced educational activities. In the same way, they have broken the communicative barriers that limited the acquisition of knowledge and integrating them into the learning of the English language grants several possibilities such as: the teacher can create didactic activities using these resources to strengthen their learning and in this way it benefits the student, helping him to correctly develop linguistic skills that will allow him to develop properly in the English language	es_ES
dc.description.abstract	El presente estudio de caso está enfocado en determinar las TIC como herramientas para optimizar el aprendizaje del idioma inglés. El estudio se realizó mediante la investigación descriptiva el cual permitió conocer las características de las variables a investigar y de esta manera llegar a conocer las situaciones predominantes a través de la descripción de la temática a estudiar. De la misma manera se aplicó como instrumento a la encuesta, realizada a 15 estudiantes del Centro de Idiomas de la Universidad Técnica de Babahoyo para conocer el uso de las herramientas tecnológicas como apoyo en las clases de inglés. Por otra parte, en la actualidad la sociedad está encaminada a una etapa de desarrollo y este progreso se apoya fundamentalmente en las tecnologías de la información y la comunicación debido a que han influido en las actividades educativas. De la misma manera, han roto las barreras comunicativas que limitaba la adquisición de conocimientos e integrarlas en el aprendizaje del idioma inglés otorga diversas posibilidades como: el docente puede crear actividades didácticas utilizando estos recursos para fortalecer el aprendizaje del mismo y de esta manera beneficia al estudiante, ayudándolo a desarrollar correctamente destrezas lingüísticas que le permitirá desenvolverse adecuadamente en el idioma inglés	es_ES
