dc.description	This research was carried out with the objective of developing a comparative analysis of mobile applications that allow improving the taxi service in the company “UTB, S.A.”, given the needs of comfort, safety and speed, demanded by the population of Barreiro. The case study approach and quantitative comparative analysis were used, applying the survey technique (a questionnaire as an instrument), to explore the situation of conventional transport of UTB S.A. and its possible strengthening, using mobile applications for taxis, allowing its adaptation and competitiveness on equal terms with the transport used by taxi-apps. As a result, it highlights the comparative advantage that taxi-apps have over conventional service, currently offered by the UTB S.A.	es_ES
dc.description.abstract	La presente investigación se realizó con el objetivo de desarrollar un análisis comparativo de aplicaciones móviles que permitan mejorar el servicio de taxis en la compañía “UTB, S.A.”, dada las necesidades de confortabilidad, seguridad y rapidez, que exige la población de Barreiro. Se empleó el enfoque de caso de estudio y el análisis comparativo cuantitativo, aplicando la técnica de encuesta (un cuestionario como instrumento), para explorar la situación del transporte convencional de UTB S.A. y su posible fortalecimiento, utilizando aplicaciones móviles para taxis, permitiendo su adaptación y competitividad en igualdad de condiciones con los transportes que usan las taxi-apps. Como resultado, destaca la ventaja comparativa que tienen los taxi-apps frente al servicio convencional, ofrecido actualmente por la Compañía UTB S.A.	es_ES
