dc.description	The present study is based on the User Support in the Decentralized Autonomous Government of the parish Isla de Bejucal, having as sub-line of administrative management model investigation, which consolidates with the application of the descriptive method. Obtaining that the attention to the user is key so that a company stands out among the others. In this investigation the objective is to analyze the causes of bad/poor attention in the parish GAD of Isla de Bejucal, through research tools such as the survey and the interview, same that contributed to the achievement of the objective. Once the results are obtained you can make the proper conclusions same that serve for future research	es_ES
dc.description.abstract	El presente estudio se basa en la atención al usuario en el Gobierno Autónomo Descentralizado de la parroquia Isla de Bejucal, teniendo como sub-línea de investigación del modelo de gestión administrativa, el cual se afianza con la aplicación del método descriptivo. Obteniendo así que la atención al usuario es clave para que una empresa sobresalga entre las otras. En esta investigación se tiene como objetivo analizar la causa de la mala atención en el GAD Parroquial Isla de Bejucal, mediante herramientas de investigación como la encuesta y la entrevista, mismas que contribuyeron con la realización del objetivo planteado. Una vez obtenido los resultados se puede realizar las debidas conclusiones mismas que sirven para futuras investigaciones	es_ES
