Many parents who have children with disabilities have the question of educating their children in regular schools or special schools, where the fact that children with some type of disability attend regular school does not necessarily ensure that they are participating in equal conditions. in school activities. In this paper we will describe the incidence of family environments in the affective adaptation in children with disabilities of the School of Special Education "Azucena Chang de Orellana", due to the lack of knowledge the family can run a series of risks when facing the relationship with the person with a disability: that one father be more responsible than the other, that other siblings feel unattended, that siblings become pseudo-parents, that the family be closed to the social relationship, etc., making it necessary to propose alternative solutions that reduce the risks of this problem.	es_ES
dc.description.abstract	En Ecuador las autoridades educativas han planteado lineamientos para facilitar la adaptación afectiva de los niños con discapacidades en el sistema educativo, detectándose diversos motivos por los cuales, a un estudiante según su grado de discapacidad, le cuesta más trabajo acceder a los aprendizajes que a sus compañeros. Por otro lado, la exclusión o segregación de niños que presentan algún tipo de discapacidad, es un problema que trasciende en muchas escuelas y unidades educativas donde aún se padece este tipo de prácticas. La discapacidad es sólo uno de los factores de exclusión, de ahí la importancia de abordar el tema desde una mirada concientizadora. Muchos padres que tienen niños con discapacidad se plantean la interrogante de educar a sus hijos en escuelas regulares o en escuelas especiales, donde el hecho de que niños con algún tipo de discapacidad asistan a la escuela regular no asegura necesariamente que estén participando en igualdad de condiciones en las actividades escolares. En el presente trabajo se describirá la incidencia de los ambientes familiares en la adaptación afectiva en los niños con discapacidades de la Escuela de Educación Especial “Azucena Chang de Orellana”, debido a que por la falta de conocimiento la familia puede correr una serie de riesgos a la hora de afrontar la relación con la persona con discapacidad: que se haga más cargo un padre que el otro, que lo otros hermanos se sientan desatendidos, que los hermanos lleguen a hacer de pseudo-padres, que la familia se cierre a la relación social, etc., haciéndose necesario proponer alternativas de solución que disminuyan los riesgos de esta problemática.	es_ES
