| dc.description | The present case study is developed in the company Evaris S.A. which was created by Mr. Guido Ricardo Bayas Bazantes, Evaris has a history of more than 20 years in the city of Babahoyo in the agro-industrial trade, this entity is dedicated to the manufacture and sale of machinery, equipment for agriculture, and structures, frames or metal frameworks for construction and mining.
Evaris S.A. is being affected by a critical situation, refers to the satisfaction that customers feel for the delays of the delivery of agricultural machinery and equipment, therefore, the objective of this case study is to analyze the flaws that are evident in Evaris and To investigate which are the causes by which this dissatisfaction is generated by internal and external clients.

| dc.description.abstract | El presente estudio de caso se desarrolla en la Empresa Evaris S.A. la cual fue creada por el señor Guido Ricardo Bayas Bazantes, Evaris tiene una trayectoria de más de 20 años en la ciudad de Babahoyo en el comercio del área agroindustrial, esta entidad se dedica a la fabricación y venta de maquinarias, equipos para la agricultura, y estructuras, marcos o armazones de metal para construcción y minería.
Evaris S.A. está siendo afectada por una situación crítica, se refiere a la satisfacción que sienten los clientes por los atrasos de la entrega de las maquinarias y equipos agrícolas, por tanto, el objetivo de este caso de estudio es analizar las falencias que se evidencian en Evaris e indagar cuales son las causas por la que se genera esta insatisfacción por parte de los clientes internos y externos.
