| dc.description | The present research work has as its theme "Administrative - Financial Management
Consocilor Company S.A ", which is located in the City of Babahoyo and is
dedicated to the realization of urban and rural development projects. It is oriented to the analysis
Administrative and Financial of the entity.
There are several operating accounts that keep the company among them: accounts by
charge, accounts payable and production costs that allows the development of the different
activities of the entity, administrative information will also be detailed where it will be possible to
observe the non-compliance of certain processes of the entity.
In the company the vast majority of information is handled in a physical way, between
they are the most important activities in the accounting area, such as the registration of invoices
purchases or sales invoices, and accounts payable and the detail of certain costs that
allows the proper development of accounting activities.
In this work it is announced the accurate way to keep the records and information,
administrative, economic and management so that the administrators and owners of the entity,
can observe financial balances with reliable and accurate information. And be able to take
decisions in the best way for business development.
The purpose of this work is to obtain the title of Engineer in
Accounting and Auditing according to the rules of the Technical University of Babahoyo and the
corresponding Ecuadorian laws, following the research lines of the race that are

| dc.description.abstract | El presente trabajo investigativo tiene como tema “Gestión Administrativa – Financiera
en la Empresa Consocilor S.A”, la cual se encuentra ubicada en la Ciudad de Babahoyo y se
dedica a la realización de proyectos de desarrollo urbano y rural. Está orientado al análisis
Administrativo y Financiero de la entidad.
Existen varias cuentas operativas que mantienen a la empresa entre ellas: las cuentas por
cobrar, cuentas por pagar y los costos de producción que permite el desarrollar las diferentes
actividades de la entidad, también se detallará información administrativa en donde se podrá
observar el incumplimiento de ciertos procesos de la entidad.
En la empresa la gran mayoría de información se la maneja de una manera física, entre
ellas las actividades de más importancia del área contable, como el registro de facturas de
compras o las facturas de ventas, y las cuentas por pagar y el detalle de ciertos costos que
permite el desarrollo adecuado de las actividades contables.
En este trabajo se da a conocer la manera certera de llevar los registros e información,
administrativa, económica y gerencial para que los administradores y dueños de la entidad,
puedan observar los balances financieros con información fiable y precisa. Y poder tomar
decisiones de la mejor manera para el desarrollo empresarial.
El presente trabajo tiene como finalidad la obtención del título de Ingeniera en
Contabilidad y Auditoría de acuerdo a las normas de la Universidad Técnica de Babahoyo y las
correspondientes leyes ecuatorianas, siguiendo las líneas de investigación de la carrera que son
