dc.description	In recent times has turned the spotlight for developing countries that appreciate it as a way to generate high rates of profitability that generate growth and development, tourism for many reaches a very complex dimension and depth because takes maximum advantage of natural and cultural resources, allowing the creation of infrastructures conducive to their realization. In this context, the present research project presents the generation of employment in the tourist complex "El Refugio" of Cantón Montalvo, because tourism is a main entity for development and economic growth will determine what are the causes of the scarce generation of employment in the tourist complex "El Refugio" of the canton Montalvo. Once the foregoing is determined, the reader is defined that the objective of this research is to determine the causes that affect the generation of employment in the tourist complex "El Refugio" of the canton of Montalvo. dc.description.abstract	El turismo en los últimos tiempos ha convertido el centro de atención para países en vías de desarrollo que lo aprecian como una forma de generar altas tasas de rentabilidad que generen crecimiento y desarrollo, el turismo para muchos alcanza una dimensión y profundidad muy complejas debido a que aprovecha al máximo los recursos naturales y culturales permitiendo crear infraestructuras propicias para su realización. En este contexto el trabajo de investigación presenta el tema: “La generación de empleo en el complejo turístico El Refugio del Cantón Montalvo”, debido a que el turismo es ente principal para el desarrollo y crecimiento económico se determinara cuáles son las causas de la escasa generación de empleo en el complejo turístico “El Refugio” del cantón Montalvo Una vez determinado lo anterior se le define al lector que el objetivo de la presente investigación es determinar las causas que inciden en la generación de empleo en el complejo turístico “El Refugio” del cantón Montalvo la finalidad de este proyecto es generar estrategias que solucionen el problema y así plantear una solución que beneficie a los administradores del complejo y colaboradores.	es_ES
