| dc.description | The present case study is focused on the ANALYSIS OF FUNCTIONALITY
OF THE WEB PORTAL OF THE GAD "LAS NAVES" OF THE PROVINCE OF BOLÍVAR
it has been chosen the analytical - descriptive method which will be of vital help in the
investigation and exhaustive decomposition of information.
This method is applied to disintegrate the most important elements of the page
web of the GAD of the Ships and previously it will be analyzed, in addition the domain will be seen (address
that carries the website), the hosting (virtual storage where the content has been loaded
that makes up the page), the web page itself (With a set of necessary files
that achieve their functioning correctly).
Currently this web portal presents different vulnerabilities that are at risk
so that anyone can generate a computer attack and in turn write off the
information that this web page has, because said portal does not have the protocols of
security, whether they are HTTP or HTTPS, which allow us to provide security and privacy to
the websites.
Therefore, since it does not contain digital certifications and possesses the information
outdated, the web portal of this institution fails to have the desired impact on the
users, because when they see it, they quickly discard it for the reasons mentioned

| dc.description.abstract | El presente caso de estudio está enfocado en el ANÁLISIS DE LA FUNCIONALIDAD
DEL PORTAL WEB DEL GAD "LAS NAVES" DE LA PROVINCIA DE BOLÍVAR para
ello se ha escogido el método analítico – descriptivo el mismo que será de vital ayuda en la
investigación y descomposición exhaustiva de la información.
Este método es aplicado para desintegrar los elementos más importantes de la página
web del GAD de las Naves y previamente se analizará, además se verá el dominio (dirección
que lleva el sitio web), el hosting (almacenamiento virtual donde se ha cargado el contenido
que conforma la página), la página web en si misma (Con un conjunto de archivos necesarios
que logran su funcionamiento correctamente).
Actualmente este portal web presenta diferentes vulnerabilidades que están en riesgo
para que cualquier persona pueda generar un ataque informático y a su vez dar de baja a la
información que posee esta página web, porque dicho portal no cuenta con los protocolos de
seguridad ya sean HTTP o HTTPS que son los que permiten brindar seguridad y privacidad a
los sitios web.
Por lo tanto al no contener las certificaciones digitales y de poseer la información
desactualizada, el portal web de esta institución no logra tener el impacto deseado en los
usuarios, pues cuando la vistan, rápidamente la descartan por los motivos mencionados
