| dc.description.abstract | Las entidades constructoras se caracterizan por ser sociedades que reciben recursos
monetarios por parte de sus accionistas para ser empleados en la elaboración de obras a
través de contratos de obras, es decir están integradas básicamente por el capital y el
trabajo con el fin de ofrecer un servicio óptimo para el bien común.
El presente trabajo de estudio de caso tratará el ANÁLISIS DE POLÍTICAS Y
PROCEDIMIENTOS CONTABLES, se lo realizó en LA COMPAÑÍA
ALDASTRUCTURE S.A., donde se examinaron los procedimientos, normas y políticas
para el buen funcionamiento del sistema contable de la compañía, esta investigación se la
considera de carácter cualitativo, y se encuentra bajo la sublínea de investigación de la
carrera de Ingeniería en Contabilidad y Auditoría: Gestión de Información Contable de
la Universidad Técnica de Babahoyo en la Facultad de Administración Finanzas e
Informática.
Esta compañía tiene por objeto social principal la construcción de obras propias de
ingeniería civiles esto es al estudio, diseño, planeación, construcción, explotación y
administración de negocios, actividades de consultoría para proyectos de ingeniería civil
y arquitectura, carreteras, calles, y otras vías para vehículos o peatones.
La importancia de este tema surge debido a que la compañía ALDASTRUCTURE
S.A. de la cuidad de Babahoyo, según investigaciones realizadas al personal
administrativo mediante diálogo, se pudo evidenciar que carece de políticas y
procedimientos contables adecuados, lo cual afecta directamente el sistema contable de
dicha compañía en vista de que comenzó sus actividades el 4 de septiembre del 2017, por
ende lleva poco tiempo en funcionamiento y no cuenta con apropiados procedimientos de
