dc.description	Introduction: Breast milk has a significant importance of which not only benefits the newborn, but also the mother; The nursing staff is responsible for educating women during prenatal care giving guidance that will allow the pregnant woman to make an appropriate decision about the importance and benefit of breastfeeding that she will perform. Objective: Determine how nursing staff influences breastfeeding maternal in primigravid adolescents of the health center type C. Cantón Buena Fe-Los Rios. First semester 2018. Methodology: the type of research is descriptive and field, using the inductive method, with qualitative-quantitative modality Conclusions: The educational interventions provided by the nursing staff have a positive influence on the initiation and constancy of breastfeeding. Recommendations: the nursing professional is recommended to make more emphasis on the topic of importance, advantages, techniques and collection and storage of the mother's milk. The adolescent is recommended to seek the help of people who provide the scientifically validated information, leaving aside the myths and beliefs that family members, friends etc. can offer	es_ES
dc.description.abstract	Introduccion: La leche materna tiene una importancia significativa de las cuales no solo se beneficia el recién nacido, sino también la madre; el personal de enfermería es el responsable de educar a las mujeres durante la atención prenatal dándole orientaciones que le permitirán a la embarazada tomar una decisión adecuada sobre importancia y beneficio de la lactancia que realizará.Objetivo: Determinar cómo influye el personal de enfermería en la lactancia materna en adolescentes primigestas del centro de salud tipo C. Cantón Buena Fe-Los Rios. Primer semestre 2018.Metodologia:el tipo de investigacion es de caracter descriptivo y de campo, utilizando el metodo inductivo, con modalidad cuali-cuantitativa.Conclusiones: Las intervenciones educativas que brinda el personal de enfermeria influye de manera positiva en el inicio y constancia de la lactancia materna. Recomendaciones: se recomienda al profesional de enfermeria realizar mas enfasis en el tema de importancia, ventajas, tecnicas y recolecion y almacenamiento de la lche materna a las adolescente se le recomienda buscar la ayuda de personas que proporcionen la informacion validada cientificamente dejando de lado los mitos y creencias que puedan ofrecer familiares, amigos etc.	es_ES
