It emerged from the need to provide a lodging service for all those who wish to share pleasant moments. Later Mr. Don Eugenio Ninoska, an entrepreneur and business man, did a market research in 1986 and realized that in Ricaurte there was an abandoned niche, that is to say, there was no lodging service, so as a result of this study he decided to build a hotel of first category that covers the needs of users. | es_ES |

Surgió ante la necesidad de brindar servicio de hospedaje, para todas aquellas personas que deseen compartir momentos agradables. Posteriormente el señor don Eugenio Ninoska un hombre emprendedor y de negocios hizo una investigación de mercado en 1986 y se dio cuenta que en Ricaurte había un nicho abandonado, es decir no había servicio de hospedaje, entonces a raíz de este estudio decidió construir un hotel de primera categoría que cubra las necesidades de los usuarios. | es_ES |
