| dc.description.abstract | La Corporación Nacional de Electricidad CNEL EP de la República del Ecuador, se constituyó el 13 de marzo de 2013 por el Presidente de la República, con la finalidad de conceder servicios públicos de comercialización y distribución de energía eléctrica, en la actualidad tiene como responsable satisfacer a más de millones de clientes. (CNEL-EP, QUIENES SOMOS , 2018). Sin embargo se han presentado algunos inconvenientes en el departamento de facturación de la Corporación Nacional de Electricidad de la ciudad de Babahoyo, referentes a la gestión que realiza este departamento.
