| dc.description | La Ferretería Roca is a company that was created on March 30, 2013, its activity
principal is the purchase and sale of hardware and construction materials, and symbolizes the
area where the present case study was executed with the topic: ACCOUNTING PROCESS OF THE
FERRETERIA ROCA, established in the research sub-line Information management
accounting, where it allows us to consider the process that executes daily what is estimated
is very important because it emphasizes the different accounting activities
that fundamentally must be registered for the correct control in a company.
This with the final purpose of determining if you really have the right knowledge
and necessary when facing situations that encompasses the main part of the business that is
accounting and therefore if the processes executed have reflected the expected results.
In order to carry out this investigation, an approach was made to the owner of the
hardware store and the employees who work in said business, to whom the interview was conducted
corresponding knowing they contribute with relevant information that contributed to the achievement

| dc.description.abstract | La Ferretería Roca es una empresa que se creó el 30 de marzo del año 2013, su actividad
principal es compra y venta de artículos de ferretería y materiales de construcción, y simboliza la
zona en donde se ejecutó el presente caso práctico con el tema: PROCESO CONTABLE DE LA
FERRETERIA ROCA, establecido en la sublínea de investigación Gestión de la información
contable, donde la misma nos permite considerar el proceso que ejecuta a diario lo que se estima
es de suma relevancia debido a que hace énfasis en las diferentes actividades de contabilización
que de manera fundamental se debe registrar para el correcto control en una empresa.
Esto con el propósito final de determinar si realmente se tiene los conocimientos adecuados
y necesarios al momento de afrontar situaciones que engloba la parte principal del negocio que es
la contabilidad y por ende si los procesos ejecutados han reflejado los resultados esperados.
Para poder llevar a cabo esta investigación se realizó un acercamiento a la dueña de la
ferretería y a los empleados que laboran en dicho negocio, a quienes se les realizó la entrevista
correspondiente sabiendo ellos aportar con información relevante que contribuyo a la consecución
