| dc.description.abstract | En la actualidad la mayoría de las empresas efectúan procedimientos o funciones de
forma irregular, afectando de tal manera el crecimiento y éxito de la misma; es por ello que es
fundamental establecer políticas de control adecuadas y cerciorarse regularmente de que estos
procesos se están ejecutando de manera oportuna, ya que la aplicación de estas regulan los
actos de la administración, manejo y condiciones que deben cumplirse.
El presente estudio de caso tiene como finalidad identificar la existencia y aplicación
de políticas de control para el manejo del efectivo en la Lubricadora y Lavadora “SAN JUAN”,
puesto que un control eficaz de la administración ayuda a alcanzar las metas financieras
establecidas, garantiza la confiabilidad y exactitud de la información financiera; tomando en
cuenta que el efectivo dentro de una empresa es el activo circulante de mayor liquidez que
permite cubrir obligaciones y realizar pagos inmediatos.
Cabe señalar que toda empresa independientemente de la actividad económica que
realiza requiere de eficientes procedimientos de control que contribuyan a la prevención de
errores y permitan proteger y salvaguardar los ingresos obtenidos por la comercialización,
