| dc.description | The present investigation is linked in the information that exists in the
Collection system of the urban and rural properties of the Urdaneta Canton of the province of
Los Ríos, through the land inspection system in the different sectors of this
location. Where the integrated process of the properties is present, the same as
allows economic, social development, land administration, urban planning and
regional, environmental monitoring, and sustainable development; therefore capture, store and
retains comprehensive training on urban and rural real estate located in the
National territory.
The incorporation of the real property that is related in the Collection System
of the urban and rural properties of the Urdaneta Canton of the province of Los Ríos is carried out
by registering the cadastre within the training processes, which does not constitute a
domain title, or sanitize the vices that have the respective property.
The cadastre department is one that is not linked to its tools
respective to procure and guarantee the system of spatial arrangement with
development goals, through the appropriate, accurate, and timely definition of the three
most relevant aspects of real estate property: physical description, legal situation,
and economic value, are important factors to keep clear the different situations
related in the department that develops the investigation.
The purpose of this project is to have ideas or alternatives that help improve
the Property Collection System. At the same time reach an outstanding level of attention
to the user, providing speed and clear and precise training of the Cadastre department.
Within the development of the work will be determined by means of the research line
development of information systems with the purpose of improving the activities in the
cadastre department, where it will go hand in hand with the inductive method within the

| dc.description.abstract | La presente investigación se encuentra vinculada en la información que existe en el
Sistema de Cobros de los predios urbanos y rurales del Cantón Urdaneta de la provincia de
Los Ríos, por medio del sistema de fiscalización de tierra en los diferentes sectores de esta
localidad. En donde se tiene presente el proceso integrado de los predios el mismo que
permite el desarrollo económico, social, administración de tierras, planeación urbana y
regional, monitoreo ambiental, y desarrollo sostenible; por lo tanto captura, almacena y
conserva la formación integral sobre los bienes inmuebles urbanos y rurales ubicados en el
territorio nacional.
La incorporación de la propiedad inmueble que se relaciona en el Sistema de Cobros
de los predios urbanos y rurales del Cantón Urdaneta de la provincia de Los Ríos se realiza
mediante la inscripción catastral dentro de los procesos de formación, que no constituye un
título de dominio, ni sanea los vicios que tenga el respectivo inmueble.
El departamento de catastro es aquella que no está vinculada sus herramientas
respectivas para procurar y garantizar el sistema de ordenación del espacio geográfico con
fines de desarrollo, a través de la adecuada, precisa, y oportuna definición de los tres
aspectos más relevantes de la propiedad inmobiliaria: descripción física, situación jurídica,
y valor económico, son factores importantes para mantener claro los diferente situaciones
relacionadas en el departamento que se desarrolla la investigación.
La finalidad de este proyecto es disponer de ideas o alternativas que ayuden a mejorar
el Sistema de Cobros prediales. Al mismo tiempo alcanzar un nivel sobresaliente de atención
al usuario, brindando rapidez y formación clara y precisa del departamento de Catastro.
Dentro del desarrollo del trabajo se va a determinar por medio de la línea de investigación
desarrollo de sistemas de información con el propósito de mejorar las actividades en el
departamento de catastro, en donde va a ir de la mano con el método inductivo dentro del
