| dc.description | For many years the governments of the different countries of the world
that they could not govern a nation, because they were divided by
different municipalities, that is why municipal governments were created to be the
eyes of the central regime in the people they governed and thus reach the people
fulfilling the requirements of these. The Municipality of Vinces dates from the year 1767,
but this one throughout history has been modified by the different fires that
consumed the city at that time. It is until 1878 that the palace is inaugurated

| dc.description.abstract | Desde hace muchos años los gobiernos de los distintos países del mundo se dieron
cuenta que ellos no podían gobernar una nación, debido a que estas eran divididas por
distintos pueblos, es por ello, que se crearon los gobiernos municipales para que fueran los
ojos del régimen central en el pueblo que gobernaban y así poder llegar a la personas
cumpliendo con los requerimientos de éstas. El Municipio de Vinces data desde el año 1767,
pero éste a lo largo de la historia se ha sido modificado por los distintos incendios que
consumieron la ciudad en aquella época. Es hasta 1878 que es inaugurado el palacio
